Sinclair Customer Metrics

My
name is Kris Rhine and I did my internship at Sinclair Customer Metrics.
At Sinclair I received the title of Junior Analyst. Most of my time
spent at Sinclair Customer Metrics was working on Customer Connect 360.
Customer Connect 360 is a survey research and a customer satisfaction
software program that allows businesses to not have to out source for
their own customer satisfaction research. Customer Connect 360 has kept
me busy with creating the help instructions, the program instructions,
and testing the program for bugs. Sinclair has also allowed me to
conduct market research and look for mystery shoppers to evaluate our
client's businesses. Sinclair taught me how to conduct myself and
communicate in the business office world. The people at Sinclair have
been very friendly and supportive of me. My site supervisor has trained
me well and has not been afraid to assign me difficult tasks. My work
experience has grown greatly after interning at Sinclair Customer
Metrics.
