My name is Lee Percenti and for my internship I chose to work at American Achievement Corporation. Working here has been a great experience for me. I have been responsible for the initial set-up, testing and implementation of the company's contract management program. Currently the company has no such system in place so the ability to be here at the beginning has allowed me to observe and capitalize on the various personality traits, learning methods and company culture that currently exist. Having a sociology background has been vital to understanding  these concepts and putting them to good use. In addition, the quantitative and qualitative research classes that I completed aided me in conducting my research over this topic. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with other individuals who posses a great deal of knowledge and experience.
